1. Physical Products (Tools, Laptops, Accessories)

Returns

  • Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

Exchanges

2. Digital Products (Software Downloads, Licenses)

Non-Refundable Policy

  • All digital products, including software downloads and licenses, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

  • Delivery is considered complete immediately upon download or activation.

Exceptions

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the software fails to install or activate due to errors on our side, provided you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our support team will attempt to resolve installation or activation issues remotely before issuing any refund.


3. Remote Installation & Services

  • Remote installation, activation, and setup services are non-refundable, as they involve immediate labor by our technical team.

  • If technical issues prevent successful installation, we will provide additional support at no extra charge.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after confirming the defect.

  • Keep the original packaging and provide photos of the damage for faster processing.
